ITA is now offering a completely new airline passenger reservation system to improve the customer experience. The role: ITA Software, Software Engineer, Airline Seat Availability

Availability software engineers are expert coders who are knowledgeable in efficient algorithms and data structures. They also command strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and have experience getting the most out of UNIX networking and threading. As a strong candidate, you share these abilities and have an aptitude to learn the nitty-gritty of a new application domain. You are unafraid to take on difficult challenges and are able to design and build innovative systems that solve complex real-world problems. You are a good communicator who explains technical details in a precise and succinct manner understandable to non-engineers, and you seek a team ofhigh-caliber peers with whom you will collaborate.
